Four people and one organization were honoured with Volunteer Awards at the Cataraqui Golf and Country Club on April 16, 2024, by University Hospital Kingston Foundation (UHKF) for their dedication and impact on improving health care in southeastern Ontario.

Providence Care physiotherapist Samantha Rancourt, who works in rehabilitative care at Providence Care Hospital, knows helping people learn to stand and walk again can be life changing.

On March 22-24, the Kids for Kids Hockey Tournament will take place in Kingston. Over the years, the tournament has donated vital funds to Kingston Health Sciences Centre’s (KHSC) Pediatric Unit, helping to provide excellent critical care for newborns like Carter Ibbotson.
