In just the first two years, this small but mighty group has donated almost $30,000 through University Hospitals Kingston Foundation towards the Childhood Cancer Fund at Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC).

In 2019, Mike Laframboise directly benefited from the generosity of donors when he had prostate cancer surgery. Doctors used a da Vinci Surgical System (a robotic-assisted surgical machine that is less invasive and leads to quicker recover times than traditional prostate surgeries) that was recently purchased thanks to donor support.
Mending Hearts with Declyn is a fundraising effort in honour of Declyn Michael Carman. Declyn was born with a congenital heart defect, called atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD) Complete. Sadly, on January 3rd, 2022, Declyn passed away at just 3 months old.
