University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) will be hosting a telemarketing and a texting (SMS) campaign in October 2025 to introduce community members to the impact of monthly donations. These donations, which support Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) and Providence Care, help save lives and improve health outcomes for the entire community.
Only donors selected to participate in the October 2025 telemarketing campaign will receive texts messages (at this time). The first text will serve as an introductory message, sent on behalf of UHKF by GlobalFaces Direct to let donors know they can expect a communication within the following days.

Our Partners
UHKF has partnered with GlobalFaces Direct to deliver our telemarketing program and inspire monthly donors across the Kingston area. We’ve partnered with GlobalFaces Direct to assist UHKF in connecting with community members over the phone and via text in a genuine manner, while being fully compliant with Imagine Canada’s ethical fundraising standards.
Their fundraisers are trained professionals who understand the power of a one-to-one conversation. To process donations, canvassers will use tablets with encrypted software to collect personal and financial information in a secure manner.
UHKF has also partnered with Stratcom to deliver additional text message/ SMS campaigns to notify our donors of upcoming events, exciting announcements or campaign launches.

For donors who prefer not to share their details over the phone, our telemarketers will provide a unique UHKF URL, allowing them to sign up for the monthly program on their own. This link will direct them to UHKF's official website, where they can find additional contact information.

Will I receive a tax receipt if I donate?
Tax Receipts will be issued in compliance with the requirements of the Income Tax Act. Receipts for income tax purposes will be issued for all online gifts, all cash and cash equivalent gifts of $20 or more or upon request from the donor. Receipts will be issued for the fair market value of the gift less any advantages received by the donor.

Absolutely — monthly giving is one of the best ways to make a lasting impact. You can set up a recurring donation through the same secure form, starting at just $5 a month. Monthly donors will receive one consolidated tax receipt every February.
