Bobby Salt was born on February 12, 2024, at 4:57 p.m. at Belleville General Hospital. He was born not breathing and experienced a seizure during his first hour of life. Due to this complication, he was rushed to the Kingston NICU just a few hours after birth. "Since I had just given birth, I was unable to accompany him to Kingston and had to remain at the hospital in Belleville. My husband, Nick, followed Bobby’s ambulance to Kingston and was able to reunite with him after his initial tests were completed," said Bobby's mom, Hannah Salt.

It's that time of year!!!

Wit is a powerful, deeply moving play that follows the final days of Dr. Vivian Bearing, a sharp-witted and brilliant professor of poetry, as she undergoes treatment for advanced ovarian cancer. As she faces the realities of illness and mortality, Vivian reflects on her life, her work, and the human connections she often kept at a distance. Blending intellect, humour, and raw emotion, Wit is a poignant exploration of what it means to truly live—and the grace that can be found in vulnerability and compassion.
