Do you have a Donor Advised Fund (DAF)? Did you know that you can donate directly to UHKF using your DAF?

When you give through your DAF, you transform committed funds into immediate impact. Your DAF gift helps support Kingston Health Sciences Centre and Providence Care in providing expert care to over 650,000 residents across southeastern Ontario.

Optimizing Your DAF Giving Strategy

There are several ways you can donate to UHKF using your DAF. You can recommend a one-time donation, set up recurring gifts, or incorporate legacy planning by naming UHKF as a DAF beneficiary.

How to Recommend a Grant to Make-A-Wish Canada

Simply contact your DAF provider or log into your DAF account and provide the following information:

  • Legal Name: University Hospitals Kingston Foundation
  • Charitable Registration Number: 820218147RR0001
  • Address: 4-55 Rideau St., Kingston ON K7K 2Z8
  • Details: 
    • Specify the gift amount and purpose
    • Include your name and contact information in the donation details to receive updates on the impact of your gift

If your DAF portal includes a searchable list of charities, you can also look up University Hospitals Kingston Foundation by name or charitable registration number.
