The 2026 Row Off: Battle of the Gyms is just around the corner on Saturday, April 25th!

UFit Kingston's Row Off: Battle of the Gyms brings together local fitness communities for a little friendly competition and a lot of heart. Teams of four will take on a 12,000m row, with each athlete completing 3,000m, racing for the fastest time and bragging rights.

This year the gym will be Harper Naylor and her family. Harper has a rare genetic mutation called HEATR5B, a severe neurological condition that affects brain development and function. She is non verbal, unable to ingest food orally, and faces significant developmental and motor challenges. Despite everything she faces, Harper is known for being the happiest little girl. The Naylor family has already experienced unimaginable loss, having lost their firstborn son to the same mutation at just six months old. This year, our community is coming together to support Harper and her family.

UFit Kingston are directing their proceeds to KidsInclusive, formerly known as the Child Development Centre, of Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC).

Last year, the group raised $9,500 for the National Gaucher Foundation of Canada.

Enjoy drinks, snacks, and a chance to win an incredible raffle prize valued at $1,450! It’s going to be an amazing afternoon for a great cause. See you on April 25th!
