Thank you for supporting Kingston's hospitals through the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.  There are many ways to provide your gift; the following gift options can be made through an online transaction, by mail, by phone or in-person at our office.

If you would like to set up a monthly donation by mail, please ensure you fill out the pre-authorized debit donation option and include a cheque marked "void" when you send back the form.  We'll debit your bank account on a monthly basis. Make a Gift In Person

We welcome visitors to our office which is open Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Please drop in to Suite 201, at 366 King Street East in the Royal Block building to make a gift in person.
