Bio
Kate completed her undergraduate studies at McGill University in Montreal and returned home to Kingston in 2007 to complete her law degree at Queen’s University. She joined Nelson Law as an articling student in 2010, and remained at the firm after being called to the bar in 2011. Since such time, she has focused primarily on civil litigation and estate matters. In September 2019 she partnered with Lulama M. Kotze and opened Nelson Kotze LLP. Kate is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Frontenac Law Association.
